What’s the difference between office hours and opening hours?
During office hours you can hire a storage unit, buy moving supplies, make payments and receive personal attention and advice from our qualified staff. During gate hours you can use your login ID and enter to your storage unit. You can also phone us at any time or contact us online.
Do I have to hire a storage insurance?
KUBICO SELF STORAGE has a liability insurance for all facilities and another insurance for the content of each storage unit, although it is advisable that depending on the value of your belongings have another supplement.
Do you provide push carts or dollies to help me to carry my belongings?
Yes, of course. Even we offer Wi-Fi in our facilities. We do as much as we can to make it easier your storing experience.
Do I have to hire long term storage?
Of course not. We understand some people have troubles with the commitment, thus our storage has always a monthly basis.
What kind of security devices do you offer?
The security of your belongings is important to us and therefore our facilities are protected by alarms connected with the police, video surveillance systems that allow us every moment see the movement anywhere on the facilities, access codes to enter the storage units and finally a high security padlock to get into your store room and which only you have the key.
What kind of storage do you offer?
